  2. Online: See Zeffy (Online Payment) Instructions below.
  3. RMD Distribution: Dues and donations can be made using a Qualified Charitable Distribution, which allows the donation to count toward your Required Minimum Distribution without increasing your taxable income.

Regardless of how you pay, we encourage you to complete a membership form with any updated contact information and either mail it to Congregation Beth Shalom, P.O. Box 1177, DeKalb, Illinois 60115 or email it to the Treasurer. The information is used for tax donation letters, haShofar electronic mailings, congregational announcements, and other important communications. We want to keep our membership lists updated and make sure everyone receives all congregation notices and announcements!

Zeffy (Online) Payment Instructions

Congregation Beth Shalom offers a new payment option for paying dues online through Zeffy, a platform for nonprofits. Payments can made through Zeffy by credit card, bank transfers, or Google/Apple Pay. Please note that the congregation is not charged a fee; however, Zeffy does request but does not require a “tip” to fund their services. (You can indicate the amount of the tip, including $0, where it says “Help keep Zeffy free for Congregation Beth Shalom of DeKalb.”)

Dues: To pay your dues online via Zeffy, click on the link below.
